[00:01:34.850]so when you come in with really limited resources,

[00:01:47.730]For any new faculty it is absolutely important
[00:01:50.900]to establish a program of research.

[00:02:02.650]that they have to be submitted.
[00:02:04.610]The other thing that I would really suggest

[00:02:09.150]Go in there now, talk to them.
[00:02:11.500]They have people who are really knowledgeable about
[00:02:17.056]the form of grants, what they're looking for.
[00:02:20.200]You can get exceptional feedback right away.
[00:02:23.070]So that would be my advice, just don't wait, go now.
