[00:00:16.280]this is where you'll scan in whenever you come.

[00:00:18.830]is where you'll purchase all your healthy snacks,
[00:00:20.510]and your healthy meals to go, through that cooler.

[00:00:26.310]You also pay to rent out badminton racquets,

[00:00:37.430]Welcome to the Coliseum, inside the Campus Rec Center.
[00:00:39.870]What's really cool about the Coliseum is that,
[00:00:42.350]this was actually given to us from the athletic department,
[00:00:44.370]so this is the former home of Nebraska basketball,
[00:00:46.420]volleyball, and wrestling.
[00:00:47.510]We have four full size basketball courts
[00:00:49.070]just on this side of the Rec.
[00:00:50.100]Four more on another part.
[00:00:51.460]Behind me, on the first floor,
[00:00:52.980]we have two separate cardio zones,
[00:00:55.090]and that glass room is like a fitness room.
[00:00:57.500]So, that's where we do a lot of our cycling classes.

[00:02:16.810]We do injury evaluation, we also have first aid,
[00:02:19.690]ice bags, and heat, other basic first aid things,
[00:02:22.600]and medical advice.
[00:02:23.980]IPC is really great, especially if
[00:02:25.980]you're someone like me and you're really injury prone.
[00:02:28.081]You can come use their free services,
[00:02:29.930]especially, I'm the kind of person
[00:02:31.390]that sprains their ankle all the time.

[00:02:37.300]and go to the Massage Therapy Room.
[00:02:44.600]So, behind me is our Massage Therapy Office.
[00:02:46.550]When you come here you can get an actual massage
[00:02:48.540]from like a trained professional.
[00:02:49.690]So, it's a really cool resource to have.
[00:02:51.400]We do have to pay for 'em,
[00:02:52.320]but we get a cool discounted rate for students.
[00:02:54.150]And then, actually during your birthday month
[00:02:55.500]you get a 20% discount, so definitely utilize that.
[00:02:58.480]Next, we are actually gonna head downstairs to the pool.
[00:03:04.480]Currently we are inside of our 25 yard lap pool.
[00:03:06.900]It's only four feet deep.
[00:03:07.930]And, we also always have lifeguards.

[00:03:11.370]Across the street we have a different pool,
[00:03:13.190]in Mabel Lee Hall, and that's where we do
[00:03:14.440]all of our like cool aqua fit classes.

[00:03:21.140]We put four canoes in on each corner of the pool,

[00:03:43.960]but also anybody that doesn't feel like
[00:03:45.490]being in one of the larger locker rooms can come use.

[00:03:55.270]So, right now we are inside the Combative Arts Room.

[00:04:07.210]it's a good way to just kind of relieve some stress.

[00:04:46.190]so dumbbells, kettlebells, all that kind of stuff.

[00:05:10.640]so us as students now have a full football field to use.
