CPSWS 2013 - From Storms to Sunsets: The Science and Art of My Photography
Description
Photography is unique as it is one of the few platforms combining both science and art. The photos are our personal story, a timeline filled with the faces and places we encounter. The art applies principals from science in order to accomplish the photographer’s goal. The goals of this presentation are to share the experiences in the transformation of a storm photographer to an everyday photographer and how understanding the science behind the lens can affect the appearance of the photograph.
