Description

With support from the U.S. Department of Education, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln's Academy for Family and Child Well being and Boys Town collaborate to create the "On the Way Home" program. It is an aftercare program that offers departing adolescents and their families support during the transition from residential care to the home and community school settings.
