Nebraska/Colorado Water Lawsuit (Sept. 4, 2025 Webinar)

With Dave Aiken, Professor, Water Law and Ag Law Specialist, UNL Center for Agricultural Profitability On July 16, 2025, Nebraska filed to sue Colorado in the U.S. Supreme Court regarding the South Platte River Compact. This webinar will explore the background of what led up to this lawsuit, what general legal issues Nebraska and Colorado would like the Supreme Court to address, and the role of a Special Master if the Supreme Court accepts the case.
