Episode 13: Introduction to Inclusion and a bit about CYFAR

Listeners will get a brief, 3 min, overview of inclusion and what to expect in the next few episodes as we kick off a series on the topic. We then interview our experts on the topic, Candi Dierenfield, 4-H State Specialized Agent in Volunteer Management with Florida 4-H and Meagan Hoffman, 4-H Youth Development Specialist with North Dakota State. We will have a conversation with them about inclusive practices in their states as well as their work with CYFAR. Lastly, we take what we have covered and apply it to our daily practice and welcome special guest Alyssa Olvera, a CYFAR attendee and recruitment specialist working with the Next Chapter Program in Nebraska.
