Prairie Strips at Nebraska Research and Extension Centers

You can now see demonstration prairie strips on real farms at your Nebraska Research and Extension Centers! Strips were planted at UNL Eastern Nebraska Research, Extension and Education Center, UNL South Central Agricultural Laboratory, and UNL West Central Research, Extension and Education Center in Spring 2023. Prairie strips are a great way to create healthier ecosystems AND healthier farms through reduced soil runoff, increased water quality, and better wildlife habitat.
