A team of Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering students - Nevaeh Hall, Serena Tenhumberg, Noha Algahimi and Xuan Le, discuss their process for turning spent coffee grounds into dimethyl ether (DME), a synthetically derived colorless gas that can be used as an alternative fuel for Diesel engines.
