He is best known for his work on Sleeping Beauty (1959), establishing the celebrated graphic style of the film. This concept painting is a key moment of the film, showing Princess Aurora asleep in her tower room. It also influenced part of the Sleeping Beauty castle walk-through attraction in Disneyland.
