Episode 068: OFBxFB - The Crop Calculator
Description
Harvest is a stressful time of year for all involved. Between harvesting the crop, countless hours in the field, equipment breakdowns, and keeping track of grain, the jobs are endless. After being buried in scale tickets at her kitchen table year after year, Peggy Meyer knew there had to be a better way. And that's why she became the Co-Founder of Field Pocket, a harvest solutions software. Field Pocket helps with the stress that grain marketing brings, including tracking grain from the field to the elevator, managing, organizing, linking related paperwork, and being able to easily see different reports. Last year, Peggy began using Field Pocket and now wants other farm families to have the same peace of mind that they have been paid for all of their hard work, so they can pass on to future generations the most rewarding job — feeding the world. Check out this episode to learn more about stress mitigation with the help of Field Pocket.
