Description

Food waste is one of the most significant issues in agriculture internationally, including spoilage and unconsumed product waste. Naeem Zafar, Founder & CEO of TeleSense, joins this episode of FarmBits to discuss how TeleSense is reducing spoilage and maximizing post-harvest grain quality through its grain monitoring platform. From the Spear to the Spider to the Buffalo Box, TeleSense believes they are offering monitoring solutions for multiple applications in the post-harvest grain storage and transport industry. In this episode, Naeem discusses the TeleSense product line, how they developed the product line to meet specific needs in the post-harvest grain market, and what the future might look like for TeleSense. Naeem is a 5-time CEO who has worked at Honeywell amongst 7 other companies in his career, several of which he founded; needless to say, this was an interesting interview that we believe sheds light on continuing advancement in the post-harvest grain industry.
