A Paradigm Shift in the Mode of Action of Glufosinate
Description
Glufosinate is an important herbicide to manage herbicide-resistant weeds given that a very few species have evolved glufosinate-resistance. While glufosinate has been commercialized for decades, its mode of action has been very controversial. This presentation will focus on the recent advances on the current understanding of the biochemical mechanisms by which glufosinate kills weeds.
