What you will need: 2 Salmon Filets, 4 TBSP Olive Oil, 3 tsp Lime Zest, Juice of 1/2 Lime, 1 1/4 tsp Pepper, 1 1/4 tsp Salt, 1 Large Mango, 1/2 Cup Red Bell Pepper, 1/4 Cup Red Onion, 1 Avocado, Rice for Serving (Optional) ---
This recipe was SO easy and SO yummy!🥠If you do not have a griddle/grill you can use just a skillet on the stove as well!
